18% of parking spaces must be Level 2 EV Capable.

20% of parking spaces in office parking facilities must be Low Power Level 2 EV Ready.

Power Allocation Pathway (Tier 1):

6.6 kVA per required space must be allocated through a combination of Level 2 chargers, DC fast chargers (DCFC EVSEs), Low Power Level 2 chargers, and EV Capable spaces.
